This is a medium sized (100-strong) agency with an integrated approach – so whilst this is a qual role and there will be qual-only projects, the quant and qual teams work closely together on many projects which everyone thoroughly enjoys.

We are hiring for an established director to focus on the media and entertainment sector. This is a very well established client portfolio; they work with many leading brand names on a global basis. Recent projects include defining the youth audience strategy for a leading music label, defining the needs of key audiences for an innovative new gaming subscription service in order to allow the brand to attract new customers, concept testing ideas for a new TV series for a leading studio and determining the value and impact of live recorded music across platforms for a leading brand – to name a few.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in terms of client questions and methodologies.  You must be passionate about and interested in people: what makes them tick and what this means for your clients’ brands. And there is a small team to lead – so this is both a hands-on and a leadership role – you must be genuinely interested in developing your (brilliant!) team.

Strategic and client facing with autonomy in spades, this is a great role for someone who wants to take responsibility for the bottom line, not be restricted or bogged down with red tape and who wants the scope to deliver and implement new ideas and initiatives. Your line manager is very highly regarded – you will be offered a sounding board from vast experience, encouragement and support in spades – as well as a caring, honest, real approach – so hard to find.
