Qualitative Senior Insight Executive – fantastic culture; consumer research; behavioural science foundations

A brand new role, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic qualitative researcher, with a good foundation in qual methods, to join a tiptop agency who are really shaping qual research in the behavioural science field. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit European team with the opportunity (and flexibility) to work from their other European offices should you wish and where you will be utterly supported to explore, try new things, and continue to learn.

Qualitative research developed in a behavioural framework provides an inspirational foundation, enabling brands to observe, explore, empathise, and hypothesize around consumer behaviour. With a strong FMCG heritage, this team specialised in Packaging, Shopper and New Product Development. Their immersive and inclusive qualitative research allows clients and creative agencies to leverage authentic consumer behaviour throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.

This is a solutions-focussed organisation; unpicking client issues and being able to deliver impact beyond traditional recommendations. As part of the qual team, you will gain the opportunity to develop a full qual toolkit and you will also benefit from their highly sought- after behavioural science training. As much of their work involves easy to recruit target audiences, both f2f and online work/groups are carried out during the day, and so no evening work is required.

We are looking for a fantastic qual-focused researcher who is interested in working at the more strategic end of the spectrum. You will be self-motivated and have strong attention to detail, with the ability to see past claimed preferences and behaviours to understand the true underlying insights. An excellent communicator, you will be comfortable presenting, moderating groups, and setting up online qual projects, including communities.

In a nutshell, a lovely role with lots of scope to develop personally, a respectful, supportive culture with a consistently good work/life balance, and consultancy-led projects.
