This role will appeal to a smart, ambitious quantitative or quant-focused mixed methods researcher who wants to do strategic, long-term work with leading clients. The focus is on how to solve the clients’ problems and giving clarity around what clients need to do as a result of the insight. And the work is very high quality.
Properly method neutral, they use a wide range of techniques to answer client questions – traditional and online qual, quant, semiotics, analytics (they have an inhouse analytics specialist) … And much of the work is global in nature.

For this role, we need a high level, consultative quant specialist who is smart, dynamic and who wants to do more strategic work. The role requires exposure to/experience working with different quant methodologies, survey design, data analysis tools (i.e., Q, excel), great story-telling abilities and experience working with qual specialists to integrate findings.
The client is also open to someone with a quant-focused mixed methods background. Intellectual rigour is important – you will need to be able to take the work to the next level and tell senior clients what they need to do as a result of the insight – and be able to voice this thinking to senior clients.
