Senior Research Director: brand & comms; quant; entrepreneurial; strategic client partnerships

We are looking for a quantitative global brand and comms expert who is already operating at Research Director level.  You’ll need instant credibility, be able to take on the role of trusted advisor to senior clients and help them increase the effectiveness of their communications and develop their brand equity – and you’ll need to enjoy using digital and new methodologies. You’ll have a good strategic brain, be used to leading global accounts and have a passion and flair for coaching and mentoring a team.

The ethos here is to get to know clients and work side by side with them so we need a real ‘people person’ who can develop relationships and who clients want to work with. This agency are hire smart, successful, dynamic senior people who are also down to earth, straight talking and thoroughly likeable. You’ll need to fit right in to this.

As they are working across a wide range of clients – FMCG, retail, FS, telecoms, media, content, entertainment… – we are open in terms of sector-specialism.  Having just won a major new FS account, experience in this area would be helpful – but is by no means a must-have.
