Their focus is on providing insight which enables their clients to really understand consumer/customer attitudes, motivations and behaviours in order to inform business decisions and strategies and to drive growth. They have very close client relationships and their clients are open to doing things differently so there is real opportunity to use different methodologies and techniques.

This role is focused on the financial services sector with a very wide range of client questions – and the nature of the work is broad, across both ad hoc and tracking. The focus is on quant, and there is some qual if you would like – for which training can be given if these are skills you would like to develop. You will be working on every aspect of projects: drafting, updating and checking questionnaires, checking scripts, data and tables, managing fieldwork, being the day-to-day contact for clients and managing projects to ensure they run smoothly and to time. All with the support of your brilliant line manager and the wider team.

This is the perfect role for a quant or mixed methods candidate who is looking for their next step. You will need experience of questionnaire design, web-based surveys and of managing projects (with help and guidance). We are looking for excellent communication skills, someone who is highly organised and someone who is curious, proactive, engaged and who wants to learn.

It is important that you enjoy and want to be front-facing with clients – you can expect lots of face time with clients (along with plenty of support).
