Senior Insight Manager – Ad hoc quantitative research with a strong behavioural science foundation

This is great time to join a tiptop agency who are experts in all things consumer, all of which is underpinned with behavioural science.

We are looking for a talented quantitative researcher who is looking to work at the more strategic end of the spectrum – someone who enjoys the thinking, instigating new ideas and being part of the wider client conversations. Whilst you will need to have solid consumer ad hoc research experience (ideally exposure to innovation, product/pack testing, shopper journey, broad brand/marketing related issues), just as important is your approach and desire to work in a more consultancy driven environment.

Their leadership team are outstanding; fantastically well respected, grounded, inclusive, encouraging and very genuine. Their MD is renowned for developing tailored development and training programs. Key is finding out your individual passion and growing it eg diversity & inclusion or sustainability as a couple of examples.
