Senior Project Manager; quant; CX; data innovation; global agency

This is a brilliant new research project management role in a high performing, customer centric team specialising in quantitative CX and customer experience research. They partner with a varied client base to deliver strategic insight which is fed directly back into their clients’ businesses, and the Senior Project Manager is crucial to the success of these projects. This is a huge growth area and their work touches every aspect of the business from the ground up.

Leading on several global studies, using cutting edge thinking around new and specialist techniques, including virtual reality, you will be working alongside a team of specialist project managers and researchers in an innovative team, who are at the forefront of thinking in this area. As a Senior Project Manager, there will be lots of opportunity to think more strategically both in terms of setting up and delivering projects (using surveys and platforms) and leading and developing your team.

You will be involved in project planning and scoping, and creating project plans which ensure that the research is run to the very highest standards. You will also be involved in making the projects even more efficient; reviewing processes, creating automation and implementing best practice, so we need someone who is always on the lookout for better ways of working.

The role is client facing with the majority of client communication managed by the SPM; including weekly meetings with the clients; there is also the opportunity to really develop your commercial skills here, working closely with the researchers to deliver pitches and proposals to clients.

For this role, we need a client facing, project management superstar; a senior PM/AD, with end to end research project management experience, who can take the lead on projects and mentor and manage the junior team; with experience in project planning and set up including reviewing processes, automating manual tasks and implementing best practice.

Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail are essential and someone dedicated and conscientious– who wants to take ownership of their projects and work in an agency where there is plenty of opportunity to progress to the next level.
