This is an established independent agency with a wealth of long-standing, leading-brand clients. Their focus is on providing insight which enables their clients to really understand consumer/customer attitudes, motivations and behaviours in order to inform business decisions and strategies and to drive growth. They have very close client relationships and their clients are open to doing things differently so there is a real opportunity to use different methodologies and techniques.

The client portfolio is very broad as is the nature of the work – which focuses on ad hoc but also incorporates some ad hoc-style tracking. The focus is on quant, and there is some qual if you would like – for which training can be given if these are skills you would like to develop.

This is a lovely culture – ambitious in a good way, a very pleasant place to work with a lot of trust and genuine care. Forward thinking, they have invested in their project management and data visualisation teams – their outputs really stand out. Staff turnover is low and we can see why.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys breadth of client work and a focus on ad hoc along with some tracking. The work is mainly quant, but there is mixed methods work so the client is open to quant and mixed methods people.

It is important that you enjoy and want to be front-facing with clients – you can expect lots of face time with clients (along with plenty of support).

In addition, we need to see genuine curiosity and interest in the data side, strong analysis and also great attention to detail and strong project management skills.
