A fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning boutique research agency, who are well known for their innovative and exciting work – this really is the place to be to take your career to the next level.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Senior Research Executive to work on quantitative research projects (a mix of tracking and ad hoc) for an incredibly impressive portfolio of brands spanning from beauty to fashion, food to wellness and culture – as well as social research for leading charities and government clients.

This dynamic and engaging team utilises a wide range of techniques to answer important client questions and uncover what really makes people tick – providing deep, unique perspectives on consumers lives, and around leading and challenger/newcomer brands that make us look and feel good. You will be involved in all stages of the research project lifecycle, working on projects from the proposal stage right through to presenting the deliverables.

By way of recent projects, for a success story of a fitness brand, helping create a new group exercise offer that stood out across the whole fitness market – ensuring that they stayed relevant in this very competitive space; for a high end fashion brand: defining what best in class looks like with regard to diversity, inclusion, and representation in order that the brand could improve and communicate their vision of diversity; for a well-known brand in the cultural space: understanding how to adapt their strategy to appeal to a younger audience in terms of activities, programs and pricing; working with many smaller, nimbler food and drinks brands to chip away at the leading brands – including exploring the optimal brand strategy and helping newcomer/challenger brands to meet the need for authenticity.

Alongside a strong foundation in quantitative research, key to this role will be your natural analysis skills and passion. As an individual, we are looking for an excellent communicator who has a real willingness to get ‘stuck in’, a proactive approach, and a great level of attention to detail. You will have a good grounding in quant research (ideally tracking and ad hoc), and be highly numerate – with the ability to deal with complex datasets, and enjoy digging into the data and investigate issues. You will also enjoy project management and be highly organised.

Based in the heart of Soho, this agency have a fantastic culture – supportive, collaborative and a lot of fun. Their core value is ‘People first, always’ – they really take care of their people, have a great work-life balance, and, in their own words, ‘pull together towards a common goal, and trust each other to get the job done’.

There is great scope for development with a focus on training and promoting from within, and a resounding feeling that people are genuinely happy to be here. As a result of all this, they remain a ‘destination agency of choice’ for candidates.

Overall, this role offers exceptional exposure and an amazing opportunity to consolidate your grounding in quantitative research gained to date, along with having excellent support and training to progress. Whilst this is a quant role, the quant and qual teams sit together, giving both sides excellent insight into a broader research process and range of methodologies.
