Senior Research Executive/Research Manager: award-winning boutique agency; B2B tech, lifestyle, gaming clients

This fabulous boutique research agency is seeking an experienced qualitative (quant experience is a bonus!) Senior Research Executive or entry level Research Manager to join their exceptional, supportive team.

In this role, you would work on a wide range of clients including technology, gaming, transport, and entertainment; much of the work is multi-market. To give a flavour of the work, projects include exploration into non-typical purchase groups having led to an increase in sales for a client’s high end tech equipment – allowing the client to establish the motivations and identify a possible missed market. Other recent projects include utilising ethnography to inform product development, testing new digital concepts among SMEs, and exploring untapped market opportunities.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and engaged, happy to work closely with clients. You will possess strong project management skills and be able to oversee a project from start to finish, with support where required. You will also ideally be experienced in fieldwork – both in depth interviews and moderated focus groups. The work is big picture, rewarding, and informs and shapes some really exciting brands and businesses. Many of the clients aren’t insight specialists, but rather senior business leaders with a need for insight to solve their challenges, and therefore the work is often consultative in nature and allows you to take a real driving seat.
