Senior/Research Executives; quant; innovation; global; brilliant training & development

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to indulge your passion for innovation and new product development, working on some of the most exciting new products coming to market, on an international level. This team is experiencing sustained growth and as such, are hiring at both Research Executive and Senior Research Executive level.

You would work on a portfolio of forward-thinking clients investing heavily in innovation across both leading and not-yet-launched new brands and products.  Your role would include all aspects of idea generation, idea, concept and product testing, product benchmarking, testing new variants and varieties…if you are motivated by seeing products you have worked on on supermarket shelves – this is definitely one for you!

This work is all quant, ad hoc and global. The clients this team works with are predominantly FMCG, with some FS and consumer healthcare. The clients have sizeable budgets. They are engaged and interested, they listen to the research and are described as a lot of fun.

Added to this, a high calibre project management team is in place to deal with the day-to-day aspects of the research programmes, so you are free to focus on consultancy and generate insight which informs the direction of your client’s strategies and plans.

For this role, we need to see strong quantitative research skills.  You will have been client facing and enjoy this, and you will need to be a real team player – this is a close-knit team of people who enjoy what they do.
