They are now hiring for an SRE/Research Manager – someone with an interest in fintech and FS, who follows trends in the space and can advise clients on the wider FS market.
Much of your focus is on understanding consumer behaviour across financial markets in terms of how to attract new consumers, what is important to them, which current products and attributes are especially motivating, etc
You’ll work very closely with your clients who are highly engaged with insight: they are interested, proactive and they listen to the research. As a result, you will get to see the impact of your work.
For this role, we need to see strong quantitative research skills, and exceptional analytical skills. You will have been client facing and enjoy this, and you will need to be a real team player – this is a close-knit team of researchers who are highly regarded for their expertise in the sector.
Communication is a big theme with this role, both in terms of having a voice within this successful team and the wider agency, as well as having a strong client and industry focus.
With so much happening in the sector, there is real opportunity to make your mark and play a pivotal role in providing customer and market insight to some of the leading players in the fs/fintech industry.
