The consulting team have a “dream” client portfolio including influential charitable foundations, global retail brands, tech giants and leaders within financial services. Clients want to be associated with them and go to them for partnership programs, thought leadership, events and consulting.
Their UK success is driving their expansion into the US and this provides a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Consultant with a good understanding of B2B qual research/insight/consulting to play a key role in this growing team. Based in London, your focus will be the US where their global HQ is based. There will be some travel to New York – up to 4 times a year.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual, with a keen interest in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, to help create and deliver a range of client led solutions within an expanding team. This isn’t about business development as they have an established sales team in the US along with an enviable reputation which means that bluechip companies want to partner with them – so this is about building relationships with internal sales teams, engaging with their clients, breaking down complex client and often thorny issues, devising an approach to a solution and then staying at the helm of projects whilst overseeing a hugely talented project management/research team.
We are looking for a confident, capable, intellectually curious, commercial and client facing consultant. Working with very senior stakeholders, and someone who thrives on building great relationships, you will need to be polished, articulate, concise, enjoy problem solving, and creating solutions that meet client needs (often thought leadership, round tables, expert interviewing and events.) This is likely to suit someone who has a genuine interest in what is going on around them; geo-politically and big trends that are impacting our world. Somebody who is ambitious, wants greater exposure and responsibility and who is comfortable with forward thinking concepts.
Qual B2B experience is required within research/consulting; someone who has owned client relationships and who has a track record of nurturing and growing long standing relationships.
