Bridget has extensive market research experience from TNS incorporating hands-on experience of managing key accounts as well as running a high performing team. Sitting on a recruitment panel at TNS and particularly enjoying the people side, she moved into recruitment. She has set up and led very successful market research recruitment teams for a range of well-respected boutique and global agencies.
Stephanie’s experience combines senior client and agency side brand and marketing communications roles in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors for and on behalf of leading organisations including McVitie’s, Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble. She has wide-ranging brand, comms and market research recruitment experience including the UK’s leading FMCG/consumer marketing recruiter, heading up clients including Camelot, Sony and Carlsberg.
Nicky spent the earlier years of her career on the research side at BMRB where she gained significant hands-on and managerial experience across insight and operational roles for clients ranging from the BBC to Central Government to British Airways. With a passion for client management and people development, she decided to transfer these skills into recruitment for the research and insight sector. Since then, she has recruited researchers, analysts, tech and operational staff for research and media agencies, tech/insight platforms and client side organisations.
Naomi has worked as a Political Assistant at Medway Council and in a client management and strategic partnership role at The Law Training Centre. She has experience of advising senior stakeholders, preparing speeches, newsletters and briefing notes, managing and promoting multiple social media/web channels and analysing and interpreting information and research from a wide range of external sources. She also helped students determine the best courses to help them achieve their professional goals…the route into recruitment has been a natural one for her.
