Senior Research & Insight Lead – Qualitative emphasis. Clientside Not-for-Profit.

Reporting to the Head of Research, this is a fabulous role within an impactful and dynamic not-for-profit business.

With a qualitative research emphasis, mixed methods experience is required (quant experience can be at a more basic level than qual). This is a hands on role where much of the primary research is carried out inhouse. You will therefore need solid experience of leading projects from inception through to delivery.

Sector experience; ideally education or ed tech or a sector driven by robust new product development eg FMCG.

New Product Development experience; designing and executing robust research, including concept and market sizing and testing, with a view to ensure that new propositions are validated against customer needs before launch. Other areas where exposure would be beneficial include customer journey and potentially thought leadership.

Great experience of working with broad stakeholders. Within this role, the Senior Research & Lead will be working across Policy and External Affairs, Product, Marketing, Membership and Sales.

Research agency and/or inhouse research experience. An ability to understand internal needs and translate these into a tailored approach using your strong mixed methods understanding. Using your honed analytical and story telling capabilities, you will drive impact and commercially led recommendations around either product launches or strategic pivots.
