With a strong brand consulting heritage coming from the founders, the Associate Partner role is a new role and will be part of the senior leadership team. This role is part of a longer-term succession-planning strategy where they are looking for their next- generation leader.
A senior role, we are looking for a talented individual who thrives of leading clients and delivering exceptional projects whilst being proactive on the commercial front and having an increasingly strong input into business management/strategy. You will need to be an exceptional moderator and have really solid experience of moderating in front of very senior industry stakeholders in the form of groups, workshops, events and other approaches eg speed dates.
With a strong client portfolio within retail and financial services, experience within these areas would be preferable. Other sectors of interest include tech and healthcare. We are looking for current or recent agency experience.
