Account Director – super account management role within the drinks industry – research and innovation

This is a super happening client. In a nutshell, they grow brands that shape drinks culture. This spans across actionable consulting, street-level insights, grounded innovation and real-world testing which they wrap up into a very clear output for clients (brand/innovation).

They work globally and partner with x-drinks people and researchers. They have a proprietary network of on-trade people (thousands around the world) they use for insight and qual work.

Consumer experience is essential. Key skills are:
Must be able to hold insight conversations with high level people and have a solid understanding of market research (quant and qual).
Be interested in drinks (even though you don’t have to be a drinker yourself – the category piece you can learn!)
They are a small team so must be ‘hands on’ and muck in.
High energy and pizazz
Entrepreneurial person – you will be asked how you will build and grow the client relationships (new business and client development very much part of the role).
