Working with major global players and independent specialists – across therapy areas – projects are varied and strategic; the team is increasingly being asked to act in an advisory role to their clients; pharma companies, global charities and not for profit organisations, requiring an agile and consultative approach to research and project management.
As a client facing AD, you will lead on several global research programmes, using cutting edge thinking around new and specialist techniques (eg AI). You’ll be given the space to think more strategically in terms of evaluating research objectives setting up and delivering projects, creating best practice and leading and developing your team. And there is the opportunity to be involved on the insights side too.
For this role, we need a client facing, project management superstar; a senior PM, with end to end experience in managing large scale and dynamic quant tracking programmes – this could be from a research or project management perspective.
We need an independent, strategic and positive thinker with a solutions-focused attitude and first class project planning and delivery skills who wants to develop their career in a team of research and project management experts.
