Associate Director – Qualitative research, customer immersion, training clients. A qual role with a big difference.

We love working on those different briefs and this is one! High calibre and award winning, this agency is small, very successful and sets the bar high in terms of its impressive client list, recent awards won (nominated by their clients) and the impact of the work they deliver.

With a strong brand consulting heritage coming from the founders, this role is split between qualitative insight, customer closeness/immersion and training clients (creative events based programs).

What they need is a qualitative researcher who is looking for something a bit different; whilst using your invaluable qual skills, you will have the opportunity to add other strings to your bow including the immersion and training (training provided). Key is someone who can moderate in front of senior level clients and who ideally has experience of leading client workshops (at the more senior end), someone who can nurture existing client relationships and become the “go to” person for that client. Someone who is also interested in the training side (training clients to be curious about their customers).

They are not looking for a customer closeness/immersion expert – it’s more the combination of qual skills, enjoyment of workshopping/facilitating with senior clients, developing strategic action plans and being a key team player in a fun, passionate, respectful and rewarding team.

In a nutshell, a lovely role with lots of scope to develop personally, work with some really senior players, broaden a skill set and have a balance (no evening moderation etc due to the nature of their work)
